gotta love New England,
our 72 hour forecast is for snow with accumulations somewhere between 2 inches and 2 feet.
Speaking strictly for myself, the 2 inches would be fine.

need to go find the open window.
It's going to be in the mid 80's here for a few days.
Just a little warm for February but it's better than record snow. Still, I'm heading to a cooler climate for a couple of days. Low 60s, high 30s at night sound better to me.

We got a good scare this AM. 15* out with wind chill of -20* and we lost electrical power. So of course we lost heat also, except for the natural gas fireplace in the family room. I pulled all the blinds, etc. and told the dog she couldn't go outside.
Within minutes the heated bird feeder froze over and the house temperatures began to decline steadily. Thankfully within about 2.5 hours we got power back.
Not a day to be without it.

You need to worry about this storm before you can worry about the next storm but right now the long term models for wednesday look really ugly if you're a New Englander.
The first classic come up the coast big nor'easter akin to the blizzard of '78.
And that will be on top of all of he other crap on the ground.
of course it could come passing inland and dump an inch or so of rain on the wet snow too.
