While I don't have to take any joint remedies, my +1 and I take 3 1000mg of fish oil gel-caps a day. It benefits cardiovascular and circulation and keeps this spry.

Red wine works on pain too. And margaritas (tequila).

Speaking of margaritas... It's amazing how different they can be. One Mexican restaurant my and I like to go to (Tortilla Flats) makes all kinds, and their Perfect Margarita is, well, perfect. Another restaurant that we like, more of a hamburger, all kinds of food joint (Islands), makes one that is lemon-lime, but I would not call it a margarita at all, although they claim it is one.
I thought the good margaritas were made with Mezcal con Gusano??? Or Oakie Moonshine.

Pure agave Tequila rather than mixto (mixed) Tequila is best. Mezcal, better leave it alone or you'll end up like a Jimmy Buffet song!

I wonder if someone should create a sticky "health and medical issues" thread where all these topics can be discussed.

Speaking of taking supplements, I wonder if anyone here take low-dose aspirin (81mg) on a daily basis? My doctor recommended that I take it, but I don't do it daily, maybe every other day. I'm concerned about the possible long term effects of taking aspirin. Any thoughts?

Walgreens Drug stores have been doing a two for one for past few months. I'm paying $20 for 180 pills. How does that compare with Sams.
Move Free with MSM is about $23 for 180.

Another factor is the dose.

I can no longer get Triple Flex from Walgreens, which I was using. Now I'm getting "Finest" with Gluc at 1500 mg, Chon at 1200 mg, and MSM at 500 mg; it's 90 caplets to the bottle with the bottles selling 2 for the price of 1.

[QUOTE=Kyras,Jun 4 2008, 10:38 AM] Just doing a search on line with humidity and pain I came across something that looks like it's a possibility.
