It was some movie. I remember that it was animated, and that it was a fantasy story of some sort, but not much else about it.

I do remember that she was the one who called and asked me. I was thrilled. The girl was brilliant. I've always wondered what she's become.

Picking her up was one of the stranger experiences I've ever had on a date. My date's mother was talking to me while my date was getting ready. After about 5 minutes the woman was pouring her heart out about how much of a disappointment my date's brother was turning out to be.

My first date with my lovely wife, was to see Easy Rider. It was arranged by a mutual friend after I asked her to my Junior Prom, and she said, "Are you kidding?"

That date was 33 yeras ago.

I remember my 1st real date in detail. It was a very cold and snowy evening, me, my date and another "couple" went to see Jethro Tull in concert. The band was very late due to the snow, the place that was holding the concert made everybody stand outside in the cold and snow for hours. In hindsight I can see that wrapping my date up inside of my big huge long wool coat so we could stay warm got things off to a fast and hot start... I'll let you imagination do the rest. And yes, it was an amazing concert. Ian Anderson felt so bad when he found out we had all stood outside for two plus hours that he played and played and played. I recall at least three encores, and to this day I can still see him down on his knees whailing away on that flute playing Aqualung.

Thanks for the trip down memory lane, that relationship lasted for a couple of years and never once was it short of passion.

Hmmm, me thinks I need to go buy a new CD on the way home, it's been a while since I listened to that Aqualung 'album'.

My first date was in April 1967 with Nancy. I worked part time with her father who liked me. She didn't! High school dance, halfway through, she has a friend inform her that her mother is sick and she has to go home. I call her the next day and she's all confused when I ask about her mom. Then' it's, "Oh, yeah, she's okay. " Foolishly, I asked her out 3 more times, including the prom, which her father encouraged her to attend. Right after that, she
Oh, well. Too bad for her. She can't in my S2k!
