Watch the top when it folds. There is a bar that hits the window about 6" from the bottom. It should be around 3 inches on your's. This is a different scuff than the one the plastic window people are talking about. Their's is on the inside, right at the fold. The platic window has two total areas that cause problems. The glass should only have one at the most. I don't know how to sold that one other than polishing the window.

Brent,

Are you saying if the window is clean, without any debris, there should be no scuff? Just wanted to find out how to protect my glass window from any permanent damage.
