A good friend of mine does the work on my car because he's the only person I can trust. My kit doesn't require you to tap the oil pan so it saves time and prevents oil leaks (Well known Vortech s/c problem), In general, pertaining to s/c or turbo kits, if the components such as a/c lines, battery relocation, frame notching don't need to be tampered with, installs can range $500-$900. I don't see it going over $1000. I would recommend the aftermarket clutch being installed prior, so you can break it in before the kit gets installed.
Just keep in mind that you can't cheap out on going boost. If you do it right the first time, you will save money in the long run.
