Unfortunately, these don't change the fact that you have a VERY foul and tempestuous attitude with members on this board. I mean, just look at this past month's worth of posts from you alone.
Plus, it's very childish and irresponsible to blame other members for "ruining your reputation", when you were quite capable of doing that yourself with the e-thuggery you've shown lately.
I find it sad that you've practically destroyed ALL the credibility you may have had with just a handful of bad posts and one business transaction gone wrong.
EPIC FAIL.

hungpham214. There, I said it.
For those on Honda-Tech, this guy has a knack for obtaining rare Mugen parts and supposedly has an excellent reputation on there with hundreds vouching for him.
Well, I purchased some Mugen seats from him. I have not heard from him since 8/31/08. I know a few others from H-T are experiencing a similar issue and no one can get in touch with him it seems. If he's sick or whatever, fine, I'll edit this out. For now, I'll assume the worse for me.
Just wanted to throw out the warning if you get an unsolicited PM from him.
If anybody can get in touch with him, let me know. I just want an update on my parts only.

Yeah where did he disappear too?
dude01 - not a total fail
I purchased a Spoon valve cover from him, it was advertised as being in great condition except for a fading signature. His car (which was just on the cover of Modified Mag, congrats again to him) is currently at Inline Pro being redone in some way, so Inline Pro packed up and shipped the valve cover to me.
Pics - Sorry my pics aren't better, done w/ a point-and-click camera, which is all that I have besides a camera phone
This is what the valve cover looked like when I received it last week. Granted, it needs to be cleaned up a little, but there are some serious nicks in the powder coating all over (looks like, at least in one place, it was hit with a metal object, the rest could just be where it brushed against something metal). Also, the pic that ends in #117 shows where the valve cover is dented in (on the bottom of the front side of the cover) ... it looks like it was dropped on something, but it has a one inch bend in it now, and I'm pretty sure that it is not going to fit flush with the head once the new valve cover gasket is installed.
I have been talking with dude01 for a few days, and he refuses to refund the money. He said that he talked to Inline Pro, and they said that the valve cover was in perfect condition when they shipped it out. The shipping box is not damaged at all, so I do not think this damage was done during shipping (I don't even think that the type of damage done could have been done during shipping). I don't really fault dude01 for being hesitant with refunding my money, since Inline Pro is a large, reputable shop, but I just wanted to make this transaction known because it has left a very sour taste in my mouth, and a hole in my pocket.
I have not tried to install it or even had tools around it, it came to me looking exactly like this, I haven't even cleaned it.
I don't think dude01 is a "BAD guy" like the title of this thread says, and I don't think Inline Pro is a bad shop. I don't know how this damage happend, but I know that I shouldn't have to pay $250 for a supposedly "perfect" valve cover that comes looking like this. I know that I have lots of people that can vouch for me on this forum, I have never returned a part that I have bought, and have never had one part I have sold be returned to me. I hope that this warns future buyers to be wary of buying parts in this manner (where the seller is not involved in uninstalling/shipping the parts), as I really have no recourse against dude01 b/c he was not involved in shipping the part out at all; hopefully, I also get my $ back, but dude01 has made it clear that he will not refund my money.

Zach,
The Valve Cover was in perfect condition when I shipped it to you. I have several High Res pictures of the Valve Cover w/ the motor out and how the Valve Cover looked the day before I shipped it out to you. Inline uninstalled the Valve Cover and packaged the Valve Cover.
I had sold several items on the board w/o any complaint. The Valve Cover was the easiest to ship cause of how durable it was. I don't understand how the item was dented. Which leads me to believe that it was installed improperly and which could have cause the several nicks on the powder coat.
I'm sorry I can't refund you the money. I'm 100% sure the Valve Cover was in good condition when it was shipped out to you. I wouldn't mine taking a refund back. Which I refunded several members there money back when they found a better deal.
There is no way I can take the Valve Cover back. I sent it to you in perfect condition, and now its defective. I can't resale the item now cause of the dent. I'm just sorry Zach ... I can't take the hit ..... when I knowingly sent you a good item.

Dude01 is not " a bad guy" ..i've bought from him before. He even allowed me to pay him per MO. He's not that type of guy to pull a fast one on buyers. Hopefully, this will end on a good note for both of you. GL
