If I stay N/A which I think I will Im going Max route. The next best thing is learn how to get the most out of your car, I bet by learning your car you can gain more of that speed you need. The horsepower is just a +. Use what you have or change your flywheel, clutch and get an ECU to make the car breath better. If this doesn't cure your hunger for HP there is nothing that its going to cure it unless you boost the car.
yeah if ur talking for road course or autocross use then i'd most definitely suggest that one learn to drive and control the car better before worrying about speed. hell even before big suspension mods. our cars handle pretty well from the factory, so a set of good tires and you can push the car pretty hard.
