It does on a UK car, but I have a feeling its slightly different on an import. Ring Honda UK and they'll give you the runaround (they did me) but you will get an answer in the end.
I doubt you should need them though.. I drove to Cannes last year and did LOADS of mountain roads whilst there - about 3k miles in the end I reckon in 40 degree heat and not a problem.
