Default headlamp washer pump replacement

Hi guys, I need to replace the above as well as the pump for the screen washer for my MOT, I have found a few threads re the screen washer, which looks like an easy(ish) fix with a halfords part but I cant find anything on the headlamp washer. Does anyone know if this is a fairly easy replacement and whether its a generic part I can pick up? any advice much appreciated. Thanks

I've replaced both pump motors on mine; the windscreen one is a doddle and can be sourced easily as you say.

The headlight washer pump motor however was a complete bugger, it's the big jobby that sits above the small windscreen one and looks like this.

I bought mine 2nd hand from a forum member and it's still working.

To replace it was a knuckle scraping swear fest, I wanted to remove the reservoir to make the job easier but there's a screw that can't be reached without (I think) removing the wing.
So in the end I just bodged/twisted/scraped it in with brute force

Good luck OP and if you find a shortcut/decent method etc please share

Here's some mucky pic's in the meantime

Just one other question, Honda talked about the motor needing replacing, is the pump and motor one and the same thing do you know? I assumed it was....

Yikes that price made the knuckle scraping seem worthwhile

Yes they are an integral unit
