Hey folks im wanting to know how u can actually tell the differance from an 03+ newer engine block compared to an 99 earlier model, just my mate has been looking at a kit car with a s2k engine fitted which he has been told is 2005 model block but im pretty sure it looks like the earlier model 99/00 block, is there actuall stamped numbers on the block to prove what it is ! thanks

 

Phone Honda customer service with the engine number. They will tell you everything you could possibly imagine about it.

 

i phoned honda in edinburgh today but they said i needed the vin! gather it will prob need to be head office or something! does anyone have a number for customer care, thanks
