Apparently they went bust , but rumours as it that they are trading on another name.

I got my car fixed,new engine but im going to get this guy and him to pay for compensation, that includes new engine, labour, car rental,etc.

Im not a happy chap!

The finance company wrote the finance off and scrapped the car, so I was left having paid 10 month's finance and no car.
I hope you have better luck than me. when I spoke to him he didn't want to know and said that as Finest Motors Ltd had ceased trading (where I bought my car) then I couldn't touch him, and he is right as liquidated the company all the debts went as well. So Warblington car sales has nothing to do with the old company despite having the same owners!!!!!!!!!

He did change his trading name and moved but still in the same area now T/A Warblington Car Sales and still advertising as a car sales on the internet.
and being a Ltd company he could do this again and again, everytime he hits financial trouble he changes his trading name.
