What kind of bulb would you need as i know my local motor factors wont have them and Honda will "pick my pocket"?

Hi All,

Following on from this thread I took the dash out of my AP2 2004, took about 20 mins to take out the start button. The little green bulb holder was removed and the bulb had a plastic redish cover over it. Took this off and it works a treat. Top result

I did wonder if this was supposed to be illuminated, the word 'Start' on mine certainly is. Does it extinguish once the car is started at night? Could see if being a little annoying otherwise.

Yep, my 'Engine Start' is lit all the time. It is brighter than the rest of the dash though.
