Also been watching this thread with interest and I have looked at the tech FAQ and as a technical novice i have couple of quick questions.

Is it worth buying some Plusgas and just spraying liberally on all of these bolts?

And if I do will it cause any damage? I have no idea if my bolts are seized, but am thinking if I do this a couple of times and then take it for a Geo I might get away with it?

Of course I could then lob some Waxoil on if I get the that everything is OK.

Any thoughts appreciated.

Yes - but don't plus gas the rubbers for too long!

Be clear that you could take it for a geo and they will be able to "ease" it in to spec if the bushes are on their way out. It is not until you try to REMOVE the adjusters that you really find out what state they are in.

This is how HUK get round it. As far as they are concerned if the geo is in spec it does not matter to them the bushes are seized.

I cannot get them to play ball on a 2 year old car with 3 seized front bushes.

Mikey, that is disgraceful. Is it worth threatening them with legal action over this?

Honda is losing a lot of face on this issue, they are alienating some of their most enthuisastic owners.

Car has done 32,000miles and is driven everyday all year round (including this year when the local council seems to be salting roads for fun).

I'll admit that I have a relatively low mileage, but there are others on here with much newer machinery and much less mileage...

Andy
There's hope for mine yet then! Same mileage, usually garaged & regularly jetwashed.

I wonder if the fact that mine's been aligned several times might help/hinder it.

Will keep plus-gassing 'til next adj. required.

Can you get Plus-gas from Halfords (or is it only available from more 'specialist' shops) ??
