the s2000 isn't AWD.

I have the same tires (with CT diff) and I find that 7k is a better rpm to launch at. These tires are damn sticky so you need to extra room to play with.

Also, feathering the clutch can glaze the friction disk. People say that they'd rather buy a new clutch than diff but a diff is a lot cheaper than a clutch+install. Feathering that high will ruin the clutch in no time; our OEM clutches suck.

Yeah... OEM clutch does suck. I believe that the clutch and diff are the weakest parts of the car yet two of the most important!

hence the reason the clutch is weak. take some load off the diff.
