Default Warm Idle Adjustment Screw

My Accord's warm idle was fluctuating from 700 - 2000 rpm, in a pretty quick cycle. I did a little research and began to listen for some vacuum leaks. Sure enough, the warm idle adjustment screw had worked its way out, almost to the point of falling onto the ground. I screwed the screw back into place, and adjusted the warm idle back to spec. Everything was back to normal.

I arrive at work this morning, and the symptoms are back. The screw had worked its way out again. My question is basically this:

How can I stop that screw from working its way out again? I don't want to just Loctite it into place making future adjustmnets impossible, but I do want it to stay tight. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Tony
