I'm in the "lay off Lewis" camp - only Hamilton has really challenged Vettel, so dominant is the car - without him, it would be a pretty dire season.
"Yet, until Sunday, take Hamilton away and this season is Vettel's alone: a predictable procession of astute driving, technical excellence and good fortune.
Until Button's intervention, Hamilton was the only driver to beat Vettel to the chequered flag - with a superb drive of his own in China - and is so often the man doing the pushing, even in defeat."
Yes U/N, I did watch Monaco - but it's a bit of a lottery and and an aberration in this F1 day and age. Brilliant to watch and I don't want to see it gone (as some others do), don't get me wrong - but what happens at Monaco isn't often a good representation of what's happening in the rest of the season.
I'll add to the Vettel comments that I think there's a rabbit off with the Red Bull car; it's too good in comparison to the others. It reminds of the 'edge' Toyota had in rallying some time ago - until their flexible intake restrictor was discovered. I suspect similar 'ingenuity' at Red Bull...
Silverstone will be very interesting.

every now and again a team seems to have the edge.look at williams now and how bad mclaren used to be.
even button (who went straight into a williams) didnt want to go back to them when he went to bar on loan.

Hamilton just wants to drive a Newey designed car. He'll stand more chance of winning championships that way.
