Vettle will prove this coming weekend why he is the top driver and will win the race. I think Massa will be the only person to challenge him unfortunately... Massa has looked like he has returned... just in time for the last race . I'm callig it Vettle, Massa, Hamilton, Alonso, Webber, Kimi

I don't think there is any way in the world that Massa will be allowed to finish ahead of Alonso. Ferrari will be doing everything in their power to get Alonso ahead of Vettel.

Any collisions between Massa and Vettel would be reminiscent of the 'accident' that Piquet had when he was driving alongside Alonso at Renault.

I say that above being a huge McLaren (Button) fan. I just hope they iron out the problems before next season and give Button a fighting chance.
You're right that McLaren have really ruined Hamilton's season for the reason you mention, but Hamilton has not been erratic at all this season, in fact he has driven very well and has had a much more mature head on him this season.

Don't believe me ? Then I challenge you to list all the times that Hamilton has been erratic this season.

Vettel should have penalised for his dangerous driving.
During hamiltons overtake? I did think he moved twice to block but would probably want to see that a few more times to be certain

I thought he jinked sideways just to give Hamilton a bit of a scare. Which is a pretty dubious tactic.

He moved twice and did indeed try to scare Hamilton. It was completely out of order and he should have been penalised.

For once I agree with his Ronness. It was what I was shouting at the tv when I saw the move.

Seeing as the current qualifying tally between Alonso and Massa is 18-1 (although 17-2 if we adjust for this weekend's messing about) I don't thin Ferrari will have to try too hard on that front.

Imagine if he'd collided with Hamilton and gone out of the race (pretty much an identical manoeuvre to the one he pulled on Webber in Turkey in 2010). 25 points and a 15-point lead to Alonso.

Now, that would have been a tasty finalé.

That could happen if Alonso has nothing to gain, either because getting a place back from Massa won't win him the championship, or if he's in a position where he's going to win the championship either way.

Massa always went well in Istanbul for some reason, and this circuit was probably the most like Istanbul. He's not always been so good in his home race. But I think it would be good to see a 9th winner in 2012.

Yeah I agree with this, and if Alonso had nothing to gain he may even offer the place to Massa as a payback so to speak ..... um what am I saying this is Alonso I am talking about, although it has to be said he is much more magnanamous these days and all the better for it ... I am even beginning to warm to him.

I think Hamilton will win the last GP, Webber Kimi or Alonso second & third Massa 4th/5th and golden balls (Vettle) DNF due to chucking it off the track in a temper tantrum of some kind. Ergo, Alonso 2012 world champion.

An argument i often have with people is the irrelevancy of the 'constructors' world championship in F1 and Sunday proved just how irrelevent it was RBR winning the title, nobody not even RBR gave a fuxk, F1 is all about the drivers championship , always has been always will be. It's why I never support a 'team' in F1 .. just drivers.

lol I still stand with my predictions before... with room for Hamilton to move down (team f*ck up). I think Massa will show that he really is not 2nd fiddle caliber, escpecially in his home Grand Prix. I still want to throw the wild card of MW in there because he IS my favorite driver! haha
