They keep advertising Nissan Arriya ( and all that other crap) and it's all 50k plus. Genuinely i'm not sure who their target market is meant to be, mainly from a cost perspective. Now that interest rates have taken a rise, it'll be interesting to see how long this lasts.
It's an electric X trail I suppose
A kumkwat is £30k so it's a £20k premium
The high interest rates won't last long but equally with average wage at £38k for a full time job which is £30k take home it looks rather toppy for sure
My view is
BEV take-up will crash (it's on life support and always has been with gov subs on co car leases)
Gov will push out their emissions targets & adoption bans
The recession will be worse than they are banking on
Interest rates to be normalised from here on in (no more sub 1% loans)
The EV6 is probably a high £30k car if ice so a £10k premium

See i think 30k is reasonable money for a niceish car. If no one buys this stuff privately that'll stuff the value up of the current leased / PCP stuff. Keeping a hold of my hard earned just now, it's a bad time to buy if you don't need to.
Well it seems like Renault can’t organise a piss up in a brewery!
so car is delayed due to lack of delivery drivers , 4 weeks now to get it from Portland or somewhere to Peterborough , and now open ended due to problem getting alarms fitted in UK , apparently not a feature for European cars !
what next one wonders lol , Nissan saying 18-20 weeks for a Qashqui e power dint seem to bad !

Is the kumkwat a hybrid?
I prefer pure BEV or not.. my mates hybrid Volvo packed up working (leccy motor clutch), cost a load to fix and was just an over priced ice for a while
still needs an expensive service too
I think we will swap her 2012 knacker for a 2020 knacker qwash maybe.. I cannot stand em, dire to drive so much so I bought the e so I don't have to (she wouldn't get in the BM)
I wouldn't bother with any of these cars given half a chance
At least the e costs peanuts to run again

Er yes it’s Nissans e power thing , double the complexity, and requires petrol, it’s a 1.5 litre 3 pot variable compression engine. It drove ok but we both felt it lacked flare on the inside and still a pretend 4x4 outside. She liked the drive and still loves her Quishquash , I drive it , it’s just a car , it’s ok to get from A to B.
The Reno does have some design flare especially inside and doesn’t pretend to be be a 4x4 , and like reviews I found it very good to drive. I still think the Honda E is a cut above in terms of design compared to most other offerings , although having test drove an early BMW i3 i really liked that to , whereas most people. I know wouldn’t have been seen dead in it !
