Replaced bearing and polished the crank, what more is there to it?

Get the car to Jason (CNC Speedshop). He can diagnose and repair...be expecting a few thousand though, as the motor may need a rebuild. If there is anything you've been wanting to do to boost performance, go ahead now....the block needs to be opened and redone.

When you spin a bearing, the big end of the rod distorts, so you MUST replace the rod. Polishing the crank does nothing for it being out of round. When you spin a bearing, you should be replacing the crankshaft and the rod it spun on... As well as the oil heat exchanger.

Did you ever get a engine oil light while the car was running? Does your car shut off on low rpm's randomly after a coast?
I am actually having same problem, just got new rod bearing replaced due to spun bearing, but was good for about 10 min then stalled while coasting, my knock does not sound as loud as that but still loud knock, thinking I have to replace the rod itself.... Got 02 with 100k miles.... Also oil light did not come on when first knocking happen but was caused by low
Also you might need new oil squirters. If it was #4 or #3(closest to firewall) that spun you probably have the old style and that's how long my engine lasted. It had cylinder wall scrapes and burning so it was just swapped for a different engine.
