Do I want to ask about this sitting on dried fusilli?

 

It's a reference to the T.V. show Seinfeld. A lot of things can be referred to episodes of Seinfeld. I made one today in my post about almost hitting the turkey.

Yeah the Fusilli Jerry was one of the best Seinfeld episodes IMO. Basically Kramer made a statue of Jerry made of Fusilli pasta. Then it got sat on and impacted into the butt, of George's father. They had to visit a urologist doctor who had personal license plates on his vehicle that read ASSMAN. There were a number of different plots that all came together in that episode, very funny. One of my favourite episodes, and Seinfeld is my favourite sit com.

 

3lb case was only $22.50; very simply sauteed in EVOO, sea salt & fresh cracked black pepper. Press down with a spatula to squeeze out as much of the water out of the caps to get them slightly crispy & GBD(Golden Brown Delicious).
I've never been a sitcom fan so I never watched shows like Seinfeld etc

 

Nice simple recipe, I like it.

I don't really watch TV in general,, but I loved Seinfeld back in the day, nothing compares these days. Try to watch one episode if you can, you will get a few chuckles

 

High quality ingredients need not much manipulation, want to showcase them not mask them
