Hey Jump n Chaz.........thats no secret compartment!!! You guys had me looking everywhere. Ha! I discovered that compartment on the dealer floor because that was where the owners manual was. But i did find a secret compartment, big enough for a duffle bag. Its behind the headrests..... that pit that is created when the top is up. You could fit a whole bunch a stuff in there. So i did find the secret compartment!!!

Congrats Bo, you had a dealer that actually knew the car! My dealer didn't even know how the convertible worked.

 

Hiya, just got my s2k friday night. funnest little car i've ever owned. i'm in phoenix az. anyone do any cruses or anything in this area?

Check your oil frequently, and make sure your spark plugs have been changed / re-torqued.

Hello, Just purchased an '04 Rio Yellow "S" (our first). With guidance from 2 close members in the S2KNT membership community. We are looking forward to having a great summer enjoying the ride. Would also like to know more about meeting some members in the Upstate NY area.

Hi, my name is Jon and I own an '02 Rio Yellow S2K back in Dec/05. I been looking at this site for over a month now. I really like the subject and topic on this site, and the people sound friendly too. I love all sport cars in general cause they look sexy. Well, the first time I set eye on a S2K was back in 2000 Dallas Autoshow and it was a yellow one. Then the next 5yrs I study and learn a lots about the S2K. About June/05 I start shopping for one, but I don't want to spend over $20K. Not until in Dec/05 this S2K yellow I saw has 24K miles asking for 24K w/18" VOXX wheels. I fall in love with the car. Belived or not the first S2K I test drive is the one I took home. I pay $20.8K for my S2K w/tax, I love every singles miles I put on the S2K. Anyway, I better stop here or I will get kick off this site because I write too much. Drive safe and enjoy your life a mile at a time. Goodluck everyone.
