The S2000 defines who I am -- someone who loves sports cars, performance, handling, looks. I also owned a '63 Vette. Admittedly, it didn't handle like a sports car without modifications but. . .
Pros: Looks and attention, convertible, rarest convertible you can get for $32,000
Cons: 2nd gear noise when your foot is off the pedal. The fact that everyone thinks that your car is faster than it actually is and you realizing it when you have to basically squeeze every inch of power out of it to beat Grand Prix's. Weak stereo, Plain interior, expensive tires that wear out after 12,000 miles. cheap rotors, cheap cluch, needs to be a couple of inches wider, trickly handling for RWD beginners. Cheap paint job. Not enough color combinations, Honda service (Lack thereof). Lack of Torque. Lack of Options (Manual Roof, upgradable stereo, cloth interior, automatic, softer suspension, engine options, color (interior, exterior), crome finish, navigation system, head lights)

You obviously got the wrong car. May I suggest a Geo Metro. Lots of colors, soft suspension, tires that last forever and it comes with headlights too!
Here's some more:
Low visibility when the top is up. A small convex mirror stuck on the outsides of your regular mirrors will improve it, but overall, especially the 02's with smaller glass rear windows, not very good.
Push the roof button, and 6.6 seconds is all it take to solve this problem.
Hard to add much of relevance, since many of the good informational comments have already been stated. Most of the pro factors are dependent on the owner's personality: if you like your cars to be rough and tough, hard-edged, absolutely superior in handling, engine technology, shifter precision, with an over-riding blue collar [non-wussy] feel about them, you'll probably love this roadster. If you like your comfort, luxury and practicality, fuggedaboudit - ya got the wrong personality. I am 64 years old, and I love the Viagra Factor it conveys.
The biggest con: not too long ago, a 50-something babe tried to pick me up while I was sitting in the car with my 60 year old wife.
