damn after lookin at the comptech though Im really not feelin that black plastic piping, Im starting to like the AEM better, damn Im so confused
that's the part of the comptech I don't like either.

I just thought of something, what about the RME intake?? I think that's what it was called. lemme see if I could find a pick. It gives good gains, looks like a rocket launcher, and sounds amazing. Also no worries about getting hydrolock.

I think the FIPK would get the same amout of air as the comptech, i would make a snorkle that would give it ram air from the front air dam. I also think it would be a benifet to cover the air box and not rely on the hood to keep air in and air out.
good idea

Is the K&n actually an enclosure like the comptech, its just shown half enclosed on the sight for viewing purposes or what? Do you think it would be possible to get custom tubing for the comptech or rap it in CF? Cause I think that would be ideal. haha sorry Im gonna try not to have three thoughts within five minutes and post them all serperately

I'm not sure who sells the PRM intake, but someone has too .
The K&N doesn't close fully like the comptech, it is as it shows exactly in the pics of it. You can wrap anything in carbon fiber, so you can do the same to the comptech piping.
