Sorry...but I think it is crazy to mod a car that you put 25K miles on it in a year. But...if you like it that is all that matters.

You hit the nail on the head. To each is own. I love my car and I love driving it. Most of my mileage comes from a weekly 400 mile round trip down to my family business, of which 3/4 of that is twisty back roads. The modifications I'm making to my car might seem like their heading into the extreme category, but considering where I get my car tuned, and how I get it tuned, my car is and always has been very reliable. If 2nrwerks can't get my ITB kit to run smoothly and reliably, then nobody can. I'm supremely confident in their abilities as engine builders and tuners, so I know I'm in good hands. Plus, my insurance policy covers everything under the sun, even a tow all the way home if I break down 200 miles away out in BFE on some back road where there isn't even a telephone pole within sight. The way I look at it, I paid an assload to have this car, I want to enjoy it every single time I have to drive somewhere. I don't believe in having seperate daily driver cars...what fun is that? I want to destroy those porsche owners EVERY time I see them. I can't do that if I'm sitting in some POS DD

Whoa...slow down big fella...the only Porsche owners you'll be beating are the Boxster S owners. Don't think for one minute that you'll be able to beat a Carrera or Cayman.
with 260rwhp he can add cayman s owners to his kill list.

I can take Boxters right now, and Boxter S's providing the guy can't drive...
Carrera's or higher are much harder to take. I can hang with one up to about 150, but I can't beat 'em....yet

Spoon head gasket is 87.00mm .. I don't think it will work with the crower stroker 2.47L stroker kit...

IMO, the N/A work i'm doing is... :

J's Intake (already have)
J's Header (Already have)
J's 70rr exhaust (Already have)
AEM EMS UEGO(Already have)
Toda ITB
Crower 2.47L stroker
Crower Stage 2 Cam
Ricks Pulley
AEM Cam Gears

That will put me around 260whp hopefully....
I will try to put some dyno up when things get done
