That's funny because my Honda tech told me to use synthetic oil I figured it wouldn't be a bad thing. Although gains will not be amazing, I find it hard to believe I will gain next to nothing with a header back 70 mm exhaust and CAI. I do know however that gears are the best bang for your buck.

im sure you will see gains with just the 70mm exhaust

Richmond 4.57 FD with reinforced Comptech Differential or T1R 70 mm exhaust, test pipe and intake?

get the exhaust first. gears are fun till 100 or so, then guys like me pass you laughing our asses off.

get the gears its a major improvement. if you had the same hp as another car and ran, even over 100 you would pull. jdm is a cheater w/ his high hp. so he doesnt count. i love my new gears!!

Just how much of a difference does it make? Did you feel the pull was quite a bit stronger?
