Megan has 2" primaries, 2.25" secondaries, and 2.5" out. I actually really like the Tracy Sports header too
2" = 50mm. Same as Berk. At least Berk has dynos showing real gains on a STOCK S2000. Nobody knows whether or not Megan makes any power.

Todd at 2rwerks usually installs Megan headers on his FI customers cars. They do flow a crapload of air.

Anyway, it's a mute point. I won't be buying a header for a very long time.

^ just curious what do your dyno numbers transkate too? I ask because I believe the dyno you use reads a bit lower correct?

Also looks like I may be in the game again as far as modding an s2k motor(except it won't be in an s2k)

All my tuning has been done on a dynojet, the latest model. Only my initial baseline was done on a mustang. When I baselined the s2k on the dynojet before the AEM install & tune, it read 187 and 124, so it was close enough to the baseline from the mustang for me to just call it good. I never saved the before plot on the dynojet, so I never bothered to even mention it. What's nice is since I dyno'd on the same dyno this time as before, my last run from the AEM EMS tune was saved on the hard drive, that's how I got to get it this time for comparison

thanks, its beautiful..... but did your exhaust shop just have this tubing laying around or did they have to order it.

I mean, I would have no problem special ordering the tubing, but in order to manderal bend 70mm you must have the 70mm tooling too, anything bigger or smaller will not work with the tube bender,

this is a HUGE set-back, I was planning to have this wrapped up last weekend, but I REFUSE to pay 800 + for a t1R 70 or J's.........

i dont know if you guys have metal supermarkets in cali, but they has SS 70mm piping in stock. the DIDNT have any pre-fab'd bends. my bud that make the exhaust just took a day or and mocked it up under that car with the least amount of welds and bends. where my exhaust has to bend or change direction, we mitored(sp?) the ends to get the needed curve. but as you can see its really damned straight and like i say it makes just as much as the name brand 70mm's but it only cost me $400 to make it.
