Let's talk about clutches since it play an important role in a NA set up.

I'm thinking about going ORC complete clutch kit. Pressure plate with lighten flywheel and clutch it self.

If you go on AJ-Racing site, they also have the J's clutch kit advertise for 1300 that comes complete.

I can't imagine having a lighten flywheel with gears! how fast will it rev

I had the Cusco Hyper Single kit. It's made by Exedy, as I believe is the Toda and J's one as well. Awesome piece. But I no longer needed it.
Right now I am more than happy with a new stock disk, stock PP, and Comptech flywheel. We aren't putting down enough power IMO to need a stronger PP. The stock disk has plenty of grip. And the combo is a nice compromise between sport and daily drivability!

Ya I'm using the ACT Heavy Duty PP and stock disc with the comptech flywheel...it feels great and the engagement is crisp. Pedal feel isn't heavy, until you go drive another manual car and get back in the S. But it feels normal after just a few compressions.

The other ones are probably good too. Like Wyatt said, we just aren't making enough torque that something stronger is needed, I don't think I will ever make more torque then the ACT can handle.

Word. I am not going to breach the 230whp mark, so Im fine with a stock drivetrain I think. I have the flywheel just for quicker revs, smoother shifts when driving spiritedly, and a few extra hp.
I wouldn't mine an ACT or a PP like I used to have... It felt great and sure held it well. But the 6 puck was not worth it for my application.
Our PPs always feel great... Until you come back after driving a freinds car. HAHA so true.

I used to have the stock clutch with toda flywheel, but it turned out the stock clutch wasn't holding up to well with the toda. (This does depend on the wy you drive the car aswell) Didn't take long for me to go with the ACT Clutch Kit, and toda flywheel. Feels stiff at first, but afterwards feels just like the stock PP. Except the grip is greatly improved, and shifting has improved greatly....nice and smooth. Not hard at all for dailey driving, and at the same time good enough grip for our cars considering we don't make to much torque.

Hmm, I'll see how mine stands up with the Comptech flywheel.
I like the stock disk. I would only consider the Toda disk, becuase I do NOT want pucks.
I hope I dont have to replace the PP again down the road...

well actually before the act kit I used the toda disk with the stock PP. When changing to the act kit the disk was pretty gone, but the worst part was the stock PP. it was badly fried, and that's what was causing the slipping. I guess it could not handle the toda combo. the disk on the act street kit looks exactly like the tock, but is compossed of stronger materials. No pucks

I don't know much about this, but my toda disk had 5 springs while the stock disk has 4. the act disk also has 4 springs. What's the benefit of the 5 if anyone knows?

Haven't heard of anyone with it yet. I think it's made for the f20 motor, but not intireley sure. looks pricey, but if it really brings hp to 280 then wow. I wonder if it's because it raises compression also???
