My first time lapse. Rode to the GWB after work. I set the GoPro to take a photo every 5secs. There is too much gap between the photos and it doesn't look very fluid. Next time I'm going to set the GoPro to take a photo every 2secs.

Good call... thanks for the heads up. Didn't know it was coming up so soon.

Also... the Vuelta a Espana started on the 18th but only playing on Universal Sports channel, which I know a lot of us don't have except for those with Direct TV.

I took about 1.5 weeks off from all exercise due to random things that have come up which didn't allow me time to ride or run, however, this past week I've been running all week except for one day where I did the indoor trainer for recovery.

Will start cycling again Monday... hopefully... LOL.

just saw this post. I'm down in Somerset NJ and I ride about 17 miles when I go out on a weekend. I could ride longer and further but i'm usually by myself so I cut it to 1 hour ride. let me know anyone rides down here

BTW, anyone use Nike + Running app? it's for running but I like how it works for bikes also.

I feel improvements in my cardio since I started biking more & more. I no longer get winded when tying my shoes or running after cones at the autocross. I'm off for a ride now.
