I'll stick to the Westside Barbell method.

I guess I start the program Sept 1. That hits the end of the program right around my 40th birthday. We will see if I have the stomach to stick to the routine. I have a habit of skipping days when I am lazy.

I have the program but since I moved I couldn't find the starting guide with the diets and workout schedule... =( But I attempted it for a while (a few weeks) and it was definitely tough.

But it does show instantly on your body if you follow it right.

As a request, could anyone scan the guide for me and email?

Thanks

If you're torrent-savy, you can search for a p90x program torrent and select only the documentation and guides to download. Should be a pretty quick download too since you aren't trying to get the videos.

My wife has the guide, but I did a google image search on "P90x Workout Calendar" and found a printable image with the routine during the cycles. No menu or anything, but I am setting my own diet plan.

Holy crap, day one was hard. I could definately have performed better if my cardio was up to snuff. I had to pause it for about 2 minutes into the second round of reps because I was developing a migrane. I thought I did pretty well for day one though.

The ab workout kicked my ass. My back gave out and I could only do about half the reps they were doing.

This is going to be hard, but I will stick it out. Well, I say that before seeing how I feel tomorrow morning.

So sore.. I've never been this sore in my life. It feels like everything between my neck and my ankle is sore.
