You got it. Weaving in an out once in a while to get by the jackass in the left lane clogging up half a mile of traffic is fine. Weaving in and out all day long just because you think the car is safe to do so and you're a great driver makes you the jackass. Everyone who has ever been in an accident was thinking the moment before impact "Hey I am a great driver! I am soooooo safe!" kablam.
