Man you guys are harsh! I dated girls that were older than me at that age and it was no problem 
Just take note whether you think that she's in for a relationship or just a friend or even just a shaggin buddy that way you can clear up the situation and decide if its what you want or not. If she isn't up for what you are, dont try and change her no matter what. Just do what feels natural and dont be afraid to take a chance if that's what you want, if it doesn't work out then it wasn't meant to be and then you can move on, that's the good thing about only being 20 you've got nothin but time
