I am a verizon user.. as well as an employee...
What everyone has said is true. your phone is crap.
The LG series are pretty good. i loved the LGvx4400 but i think they just got rid of that
the 4500 is decent. the 3200 is decent.
I would stay away from samsung for the most part. especially the A310 or 530
If i were you, i would wait for the V710. by motorola, whenever that gets released.

I am a satisfied Verizon customer. Consumer Reports ranked them #1 for customer service!
