I have a CompuStar two-way pager alarm. Not only can the key fob transmit to the car, but the car can transmit BACK to the keyfob. It has a range of up to 1.25mi. I have NOT tested the range at all.

DEI has a two-way system sold under the Viper, Hornet, and Rattler (???) names. These are similar, but offer less reported range, but likely better user interface for you.

Either will come with a shock sensor and have an input for you to add (or have added) a proximity sensor.

There is a link in my sig above about my alarm system. There are some ideas and pictures of where to mount a proximity sensor.
