Haltech vs AEM EMS
Bump this up, I sent a map to a customer in another country. I have never tuned his map, injectors, fuel setup before on haltech. The map started his car (1000cc) and idled almost perfect so he could break it in before I get there. Thats just awesome.
Hey guys, I picked up a 1052 Series 1 AEM unit a while back along with a new UEGO wideband and serial gauge, but have recently been thinking about switching it out to the Haltech system. I see Fullblown says you can use the UEGO but anyone know if I can use my AEM serial gauge with Haltech?
Thanks,
Tyler

Will haltech being plugged in able to pass emissions tho? Or would you have to unplug it all and go back to stock Ecu...I would want to just be able to roll up and get a sticker without going thru the hassle of unplugging stuff
the haltech could be unplugged and you could go back to the stock ECU and drive around until it set readiness as long as you hadn't gone too extreme on the mods and the factory ECU could still deal.
I am in the process of converting my ap1 to a drive by wire ap2 setup with then hondata management.
I have a open box sale for a arm EMS series 2 30-6052 on eBay. http://bit.ly/10YO53j
I know they are hard to find at a reasonable price, listed opening bid for $850.
