Default comptech fpr help

When installing the comptech FPR, there is one hose going to the fuel rail, the other goes to the intake manifold. The bottom of the FPR looks like it should be connected to something, but the instructions don't mention anything. Are there just 2 hoses connected to the FPR?

The stock fuel hose that was attached to the fuel rail is disconnected and attached to the BOTTOM of the FPR. The outlet on the FPR is routed up and around the firewall and attached to where the stock fuel hose used to be attached.

There is 1 additional 35" vacuum hose that attaches on the fuel rail.

So there are 3 connections
