I suggest you bolt everything you want on the car before you get to your tuner..adding other parts after the tune will change things a bit.
Also - I would never boost a car without a wideband AFR gauge. One of your injectors gets sticky, loose wire, eManage fails, etc... you will not know until it is to late.
I would not suspect a sticky injector now, but it could happen later on. If you monitor the AFR's you would see a change indicating a potential problem.
But you could have a poor connection on the harness, at the injector clip, etc that is giving you this CEL. Could be the eManage base map also.

Bank 1 is the only bank we have. A V8 or V6 would have bank 2.
I would wait until you get tuned - they should be able to tell you if things are running properly. If that CEL comes back up I would park it until you get to the tuner. A week of rental car is less than a new long block or an overhaul.

check your fuel pump.. perhaps you didn't tighten it enough?
BTW, I smelled gas for about 1.5 weeks after my install cause I sprayed gas everywhere in the trunk when removing the fuel pump. If your still smelling gas, I would double check the inejctor install and fuel pump
