Great, it's always something like a .30 cent part that makes it difficult. I am glad you got it figured out. Mine is at the shop now getting installed.

yes the stock exhaust alone, will kill the top end feel when turbocharged.

 

Im ordering the 70 TIC today then and I will go from there. Maybe a 60 MM test pipe right before tune might be in the mix also. I'll try just the exhaust first though.

quick question guys. can anyone tell me at what rpm they are getting full boost on their kit when the throttle is on WOT through 1st gear?

 

I'm not sure where peak boost occurs, but I THINK its full spooled at 3k RPM...

Its a small turbo... its an 18G (I think) so it dosent take a lot to spool, but it continues to make lots of power. Especially where I want lots of power.

 

It seems to be right before 4K on my car. 3800-4000 RPM. Its hard to tell cause the needle just pops up instantly! (especially in first)

 

Glad you got your issues fixed. My car is running flawlessly as well, other than that stupid CEL. I will have my tuner look at it, as I can't figure out what it is, and it comes on sporadically. Sometimes, right when I start the car, and others, after 20 miles.
