the oil return is the weakest part of the kit, in my opinion. i wasnt thrilled to find a piece of rubber hose with a worm clip attached to it.

i miss the nice line and screw on fitting from my comptech setup! maybe i will order those parts from CT and change it up a bit. of course, then i will have to change the return on the turbo too...

Isn't the CT just AN fittings?

Its $100 to have an Earl's line and a fitting welded to the oil pan. I will do it sometime soon, as the rubber hose doesn't last too long. Another thing I learned from my friend's RSX kit.

Anyone looked into the EMU? I have noticed that my boost cut kicks in and clamps at 2.85. Doesn't the MAP sensor read up to 5v? I'm just wondering if there is a reason for the clamp, or is it an over site on Greddy's part?

your factory map is clamped (and map relocated) because if these were not so, the ecu would see the boost and throw a CEL.

Ahh, so the map is good to 11, but the ecu isn't. Cool, thanks.

Ok, at this point, I'm defiantly considering keeping the kit...

The problems I was having with it have been resolved, however, I now only have 2 problems... If I can get them fixed, I am happy again.

First, and most important. SOMETIMES, not every time, when I'm WOT usually in second gear, around 5.5-7k RPM, the engine just turns off. The CEL flashes, and then goes off. It takes about 2 minutes and it will crank again and is fine. It seems like an EMS problem or something else electrical. It scares the sh*t out of me, it makes me think I've blown something up...

Second, possibly related. My heat gauge (on the dash board, stock) has stopped working. It reads 1 bar, and stays that way no matter how long I drive...

Could my eManage possibly be damaged or bad? Could that have caused both problems?

you track the Turbo ha? How are the temps?

Also I have seen a PAX in almost every Autocross or road coarse racing pic ? Why do people add the weight of a person is it for balacing or something?

It is 100% the emanage/tuning. My friend had the same problem on his Greddy RSX, although that was with the blue emanage. He would go WOT, then take his foot off the gas, and the car would stall.
