Ideling problem got worse after turbo
When I had my problem I also thought was maybe a vaccum leak...so I bought a big !!! brake cleaner and spray around all the rubber hoses and the engine...tried maybe...then if the rmp change...that might be your problem
Me that did nothing...just wasting a full big cleaner spray
....hahahahaha
Then how I knew that my IACV might have a problem is because I start the engine and unplug the IACV...nothing then I was so desparate
then I plug...unplug...plug....unplug....and 1st time during 1 month I could listen my engine at 900...1000rpm
just few seconds...
Then I cleaned another time and disassemble and then I put some motorcycle grease spay (just a few) on the small bearing...then reassemble all and tested with my hand if everything were OK...and then start my turbo engine....and no more problem.
Hope that could help you.

i check all the vacuum lines and there is no leak. I am getting it tune soon next week. I hope its not a ben valve. I been driving it on the emu but its been tune from previous owner with same setup as mine, but i didn't smash on it or anything. Just been driving it to point a to point b

Why the hell did you turbo the car without fixing the underlining problem first? Now not only is the problem not fixed, but you added a turbo kit (with all of it's complications) to the mix and it just became that much harder to troubleshoot!
So happy to pass in turbo
