Well here is the final product, at least for now.

Now all I have to do is figure out how I am going to get it tuned.

Very very nice and well done!!!
Now go and get her tuned to high psi.

Your attention to detail is unmatched. Every time I see these engine shots I get that much closer to getting my charge pipes powdercoated.

VERY CLEAN! I wish i can keep mine as clean as yours.

is there some kind of insulation between the boost solenoid and the firewall?

At first, I bolted mine onto the firewall but the annoying clicking sound resonated into the cabin. I ended up relocating it onto the plate that covers the EGR with some dynomat under it. problem solved...

The key I found to keeping it clean is to use a leaf blower to dry it after I wash under the hood.

Pcardriver, a local member, had the same issue, I have yet to get the solenoid working. I actually need to test it but have not tried it yet.

Yes, then I drilled and wirelocked them as they tend to vibrate loose.

Okay, I got the turbo off and when I looked at the drain line it was nearly dry, so I am pretty sure what the issue is now, since the supply was full of oil.

While I am at it I am going to recirc the dump tube back into the down pipe. I am having trouble trying to find materials to do this. Does anyone know of a place to get a flange and flex pipe?

Finally there have been a lot of people that have asked about installing the turbo and what the best way is. Rather than removing the compressor housing I take the motor mount off and remove the stud that are easily accessed and it slides right in and out.
