I am running a recirc'd dump and as I stated previously, had the same problems you did with the car smoking at idle. My turbo is now toast and being replaced and I'm retapping my return line into the girdle.

If I could get someone to take my money I would order a 6265E-B which is a ceramic ball bearing, 0.63 A/R, 5 Bolt flange, with an E cover. I talked with IP tonight and I am awaiting a call for an add to weld on an elbow so I do not have to worry about the coupling melting with the close proximity to the manifold.

After modifying some of the AC System and my mounts I was able to get a better fitment of the intercooler. A taller, shorter length core would fit a bit better.

Sucks you cant get someone to take your money...
Maybe your talking to the wrong person?

Call Pang at Pfab. He will be more than happy to sell you a turbo and he will weld the elbow on like you want since he does it with his own kits.

With Mase on his way I was forced to get everything together today. It all went well but I will have to take everything back apart and clean and paint it after the tune.

I got the new 6265 E cover turbo with billet wheel, recirced the dump tube and cut off the elbow on the charge pipe to make sure the discharge coupling does not melt.

To get here I welded a 1.75" 18 Gauge stainless elbow into the downpipe to recirc the dump tube. It is a simple slip fit, which I perfected by slightly expanding the IP dump tube.

I then cut the elbow off of the charge pipe and rolled the edge of the tube.

Finally I had to cut a small hole in the frame to allow clearance for the larger E cover on the new turbo. After Mase comes to town I will weld a curved plate over the hole and repaint.

Oh and I installed the new Ap2 Exhaust cam
