I would think that heat range 7 plugs would be too hot. I wonder why you were getting spark blowout at those boost levels? I had my BKR8EIX's gapped to around .032" at 29 psi and 650 whp on 110 race fuel and had no spark blowout........
The 7 Heat range with lowered compression is perfect their were no issues at all. I am using the NGK 4644 which are resistor plugs and I am very happy.

Not sure why they broke up but even the stock HG car was loosing spark at 16-18 PSI with Ethonal on new RSX coils. He gapped down to around 0.023" and was fine on his BKR8EIX.

Competition stage 4, 4 pucks w/sprung, feel alot better than stock Scott.
I am using the ACT PP with factory disc and it is GREAT. I ran a Iron Man 6 puck and I hated it. I would probably buy a Twin disc but I am too cheap to drop $2K on a clutch

what kind of dyno was it?
Kevin is right it is a Dynocom, today we put a completly stock 30K AP1 and it put down 184 WHP and another header, intake and exhaust car at 197WHP. Based on those number we were probably reading 5-10% lower than the DynoJet we were using last time or right at a Dyno Dynamics.

what is the main differnce in the feeling of the 5857 vs your 6262?
Well on the dyno the 6262 made more power at all RPM levels but on the street the transient responce is better and the spool is slightly faster. There is definatly not enough difference to switch. I am happy with the 6262.

The first graph is my 6262 vs a 5857 and the second is a 6765 vs my 6262.

Obvoiously there are many differences between every build and pressure so this does not tell the entire story.

That torque looks SICK Scott.

What manifold is the 6765 car running?

that turbo is just too damn big for this car unless you drag race it.

6262 can still hit 600-700 peak, oh well, cant you sell that turbo for a smaller one?

look how much midrange you give up !!!!!!
