Hey guys finishing up my front mount full race turbo kit and im running the turbo water lines. I'm deleted the oil cooler so im using the water port directly above the oil filter. My problem is because of the positioning of the manifold the water line is touching the manifold. I have the the line inside a fiberglass fire sleeve but Im worried that it is not good enough and it will eventually melt through. I know people are using this port to feed to turbo, I'm just wondering how to route the line. Am I being too paranoid? Will the line hold up to these conditions?

How you doing everyone. I am considering going turbo charged on my AP1. My main goal is to get more torque while not in VTEC and ultimately about 350 horsepower. The reason is so I can remain with a primarily stock engine. I am thinking a T3 turbo but open to suggestions. Can anyone comment on builds and required upgrades with power, torque outputs, and psi levels? I want an idea of bolt on parts and I'll leave tuning to a shop.

Thanks

Nice build, first of all!
Im planning now for the complete price so I can have a better idea. Getting quotes on parts and tuning currently.
Open on pricing depending on the level of power/torque gains and reliability (quality) options.

A noob question if I may: if I've been mapped and I add a catch can (or pair of), is it worth remapping/tweaking the map?

Thanks.

I'd recommend determining a budget first and then planning on what parts to buy based on that. Cost is probably the biggest difference at that power level, honestly.

So I've got a Hondata 4bar map sensor. How do I tell if it's for 00-05 or 06+?

I bought it for my Kpro AP1 back in the day but now i have an 07. I don't know if the 06+ one was needed for the Kpro setup or not.

Pretty sure 06+ only has one ear for 1 screw/bolt. 00-05 has 2 ears for 2 screws/bolts.
