I'm running 6 psi with my novi 1000. I'm moving too 10 psi. would there be any benefit to running a FMIC or a larger heat exchanger? What else is needed to make a larger one work?

less heat soak. there is a benefit. i'd contact SOS or Ct engineering about a larger heat exchanger

A lot of us are running the frozenboost/siliconeintakes larger heat exchanger. Its cheaper than buying through SOS but you have to work out the mounting brackets on your own. I also upgraded to the Bosch Cobra water pump when I switched to the larger heat exchanger. It runs a lot smoother/quieter than my old pump that came with my kit. Not a required upgrade though.

Pretty sure when my "tuner" was tuning my car and changed to the omni 4 bar map he didn't rescale the timing tables. It advances the values by about 20-30 degrees over the stock s2000 map. My waste gate line also blew off while he was going Wot and it overboosted because he didn't set boost cut so I'm sure that didn't help.

I had ya. But I would still hope that the tuner would not make serious mistakes like that. Sucks.
