BEfore i make a thread i thought i would ask in here. I have an 06 s2000 CTSC SL. running 6lbs of boost. Originally the boost line was run from the pcv. Stupid i know. But i am re routing it once the catch can comes in. So i wanted to know if there different ways to get a boost reading from the 06+. Rub1out4gudluck keeps telling me something about the stock map sensor and getting it electronically to a gauge inside the car. And also there is oil in the clear boost line that goes trough the firewall to the gauge.. fml.

Why are you using the pcv as a reference point for your boost gauge? You need to find another vacuum reference on the intake manifold. See third post down in link for a good example.

That is where I am relocating it. I am just curious to know if there is a way to get the gauge to read boost off the map sensor electronically. This is what i have been hearing but never fully understood.

You probably have a mechanical boost gauge if you are having to hook it into a vacuum port. An electronic boost gauge reads from the ecm or map sensor.

Correct. I have mechanical Boost. I want to know how to get a boost gauge to read/hook up off the map sensor.

I just recently bought a Comptech Supercharger and is missing some bits and pieces. As far as price wise, if I were to sell it, how much would these go for now a days? It's a Novi 1000.
