Has anyone other than Rain tried out the SoS turbo kit yet? Preferrably with one of the recommended turbo sizes? I'm really curious how it would compare to a novi 1200 blower setup...

More overall power (alot more mid range torque and hp)....but even with the larger turbo it will still lose steam on the top end. TRUST ME

Hmmm. I'm looking for more of a time attack sort of setup... and not looking to get power that would require transmission/diff upgrades. It seems like both could get the 400whp I'm looking for. The blower would probably be easier to drive hard, but the turbo would allow future upgrades if I ever wanted to do anything serious... I mean, the top fuel s2000 is using the gt35r still, isn't it? (Obviously a sequential tranny isn't in my future anytime soon though. haha.)

Getting retuned at Church automotive next weekend, I'm fully built (9:1 compression and Supertech head). I'm going for max/ safe tune on 91 oct. I'm on my break in tune right now, which was 360/250 trq @ 8psi. Butt dyno says its more like 300/180. I'm thinking I will get tuned for 20psi which on Church dyno will be around 580/400 but on a normal mustang dyno will be 500/370 which is what I want. Will going above 20psi with 91oct be pushing it? All I want is Mustang dyno 500whp which is probably 600 on Churches dyno. I want to know how much boost I have to play with to get me to 500whp lmao

oh, my turbo is gtx3076 and a full race ram horn manifold if that matters.

For those that removed the ac components under the hood. What did you do with the ports in the firewall? Leave them open or can you cap them somehow
