Think its set at 5200k um no load cars on Jack stands. My biggest worry is y it won't start. Voltage is at 12.4 at the starter with a battery hooked right to the starter wire once you ho to start it volts drop to around 4 and cranks over very slow and will not fire

How long has the car sat? Try using a battery tender or jump box

Voltage drops even when you're hooked up to your other car?

Yes. Turns over very slow all lights on dash go out. It fired fine the 1st 5 times during my coolant bleed. Then I hit the start button and one click and nothing.
Its got me puzzled

Got new battery didn't help, changed my ground to the factory ground by the trunk latch and bingo fired right up! thanks guys!

Where is this factory ground in the trunk you speak off? I made a ground point but always wondered if it wasn't optimal.

I can get a pic tomorrow, the car is at my other house.
If your standing at the back of the car its on the left of the latch, there's like 4-5 ground wires bolted to the body.
