For anyone who has used the Act HD PP with the OEM friction disk, were the springs in the OEM disk loose (I can move them around easily by hand and when I shake the disk there's a rattling noise)? I have the new "updated" part (22200-PCX-055).

I just got mine in yesterday and am scared of the dreaded clutch buzz, as my car currently does not have it. I also have a competition stage 2 to compare with, and the springs are tight on that disk.

Is it normal for a compressor wheel on a turbo to not spin at idle? Just installed my 200sx fmw and it just sits there moves a very little ..I give it gas it spins but thought it should always spin..

Warm idle mine will spin faster. On cold start up it turns slowly at first.

Stop freaking out Josh and get your car tuned

Lol its a 8+ hr drive I want everything to be right lol. I just didn't think it should just sit and not spin...it doesn't make any noise like my friends his has that nice turbo sound at idle through the exhaust and when he revs it. Mine doesn't make a sound lol sounds NA. :/
Matt does ur bottom Rad hose stay cold? Hell I bled everything let it idle for 8 mins after fans kicked on still cold...never went over 3 bars tho

Sounds like your thermostat didn't open yet. Your car has to sit and idle for a while before the thermostat will open.

If the bottom hose is cold, the stat is still closed...did you replace it?

Closed the hood and let it heat up. Takes a lot longer to cycle with hood open.
