i just saw this now Ill text you in the Morning. Like I said it’s more than just duty cycle on the solenoid. No matter where boost is at the rpm will never pass 6600rpm. Is it possible the brand new 4bar map sensor is bad? I’ve read that 3 sensors would put it in this type of rpm limit. Map, coolant temp sensor being 2 of them. That seem to be fine...

 

Is the tune set for 4bar? If not that’s your issue.

Some signs of detonation occurring based on the "popcorn" showing on your plugs. Likely not causing your issue, but something to keep in mind anyway moving forward. Might consider revising your timing a bit, knock it down a degree or two possibly.
