but yes, you are/should be making 300+ around 3k rpm
With a turbo, peak boost usually equals peak torque, NOT peak power. At a constant boost, you should see a flat torque curve if the motor stays efficient. The dyno graph above makes it look like either peak boost is 4700 rpm and boost tapers above 5500 rpm OR that combination loses efficiency above 5500 rom.
